Where is your pottery made?
Each of the items on this site and handmade by me at my home studio or my community studio in the Metro-Atlanta, GA area.
Do you take custom pieces, commissions, or wholesale orders?
I would love to learn more about the project you have in mind and potentially work together to make it come to fruition. Are the pieces food-safe, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-safe?
Yes, yes, and yes! They are also oven safe, though I would recommend putting the piece in the oven as it heats to avoid thermal shock.

For longevity, it is typically recommended to handwash your pieces.
How often will drops take place?
I love pottery and despise hoarding it in my home, so I plan to do about 1 drop a month. You can stay up to date on when my drops take place on my Instagram and TikTok: potterybytrinity.
I saw something I really liked, but it already sold. Do you remake the same pieces?
My pottery philosophy centers around bringing something unique into being each time I'm at the wheel. Unless I'm making a set or a special order, I do not typically make multiples of the same piece. However, like most humans, I am a creature of habit, so I tend towards similar forms and colors.
All to say, you will likely see something similar in a later drop. If you saw something that you simply must have, feel free to email me at potterybytrinity@gmail.com, and we can figure something out!
SHIPPING
How long will it take to receive my order?
I will process your order within 1-3 business days, and then once shipped, your package should arrive within 7-10 business days. For priority shipping, your package should arrive within 3-5 business days.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Not at this time, but hopefully, in the future I will expand shipping outside of the U.S.
How much is shipping?
I have 2 flat rates for shipping. $10 for orders under 3 lbs and $15 for orders over 3 lbs.
